The atmosphere is pleasant and calming. The receptionist was so kind. I love my therapist.

I had an issue with my membership that was handled swiftly and efficiently by Kelsey. My massage therapist, Emily was sweet and friendly…excellent massage. The facility is warm and inviting.

Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable about services. They individualize my session according to my specific needs.

Easy to book online. I like that I am asked about my preferences for heat, talking/no talking. Loved the last minute booking special. Loved that there was no pressure to schedule another appointment or buy a product.

I love Hand and Stone. It is a shame that you aren't located in Chattanooga, because I'd be continuing for a long time if you were. Hopefully one day I will see you there!

I was impressed with my esthetician’s knowledge in my skin and the recommendations she gave. I hardly ever purchase products due to them being overpriced but she showed me one I had never heard of and addressed a specific concern I had talked to her about.

I decided on a deep tissue massage. I Walked in with tension and pain in my back and left with my back feeling like much of the tension was released. Needless to say I booked another appointment for the following month. I never thought a massage could make my back feel this much better!
