Having the membership with Hand and Stone is my favorite membership to have. It helps to remind me to take care of myself, not just of others. The staff is always friendly when I schedule my appointments, whether I schedule on the phone or in person. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable, kind and respectful.

Dee does awesome with finding tension points and how to effectively handle them. Most of the issues found are around the "T" spot on my back and my neck as I do work in the IT field. After our appointments, we schedule the next a month out and the team is great as working with my wife and me. We thank you.

I liked my therapists because she focused where i asked her to. She did not try to chat with me which i appreciated, i like quiet massages. She also gave me good tips afterwards for aftercare and some stretches to do which no one else has before. I will most likely make her my new regular.
