Extremely friendly and attentive staff

Therapists worked well on the areas needing attn and was knowledgeable as to muscle problems. He was professional and very friendly. The only draw back was my appt 9:15 and Therapist came out exactly 9:15 so by time massage started and finished, the 50 min time was shorted. This has occurred many times at the Mercato Fla location as well. I am fully aware that the one hour is supposed to include consult and prep but seems very often the 50 minute massage is not met. Being a 7 yr member this is a bit annoying.

Not only was my massage therapist wonderful, the ladies who work up front were very kind and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and relaxed from the time I walked in till the time I left!

I had a wonderful experience. I can not thank Sasha enough! Looking forward to my next appointment with her!!!

I had been in an accident about 18 months ago and still have problems with one of my arms. The added stress I recovery has made me a mess with knots. We have set a plan together to work back to a monthly maintenance but to get there will take more frequent appointments. The areas that Sarah worked on yesterday feel so much better

The girl at the desk was very nice! But kept pushing me to be a member. She tried about 4 times. Each time I said no!! I did not like that.

Last year my husband gifted me with a facial and I have been hooked ever since. After my first appointment, I became a member and love getting facials as often as I can get in. And I have especially LOVE Alexis. She has been amazing and look forward to my appointments with her. She is incredible knowledgeable and has been great answering my questions and addressing my needs at every appointment. Would highly recommend Hand and Stone and absolutely would recommend anyone booking with Alexis.

Madeline is a wonderful massage therapist. She was professional, she spent time on my focus areas, the pressure and technique she used was very relaxing and effective, and she was respectful of keeping it a quiet and relaxing environment. I rebooked with her immediately.

Madeleine is by far the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She definitely deserves a raise or some kind of reward.
