From the time I booked my appointment, the friendliness of the reception area to Alexis that did my facial, I was treated in the upmost professional way. This was my 3rd facial at Hand and Stone and my first time with Alexis. I was very well pleased with my facial and could see a difference with how my face looked. I booked my next apt with Alexis and would highly recommend her to anyone. She was so nice and informative about products and my skin. I had Cynthia the last two facials which she was amazing too and found out that Alexis trained under her. That was a double bonus. Sweet girl, definitely found my new aesthetician.

The girl who booked my appt was not very friendly at all she was at the 83rd ave and Bell location , the receptionist at Happy Valley was Excellent very friendly and explained treatments etc. Bailey was Excellent on Customer Service and did a great job to help me relieve the pain I was having , she was very Knowledgeable on areas to desires me , and most of all made me feel totally comfortable the entire time. Please thank her again for doing such a wonderful job. I would have signed up for the Club but I didn’t want to pay the one time fee, Massage Envy ddnt have that extra fee .

The process for making the appointment online was easy. The reception room was inviting. My therapist was friendly and professional.

Esthetician was very knowledgeable, customized my care to my needs. She was also very personable.

Location is always very clean. The staff is courteous and professional. The staff is transparent about services that have an up-charge, but don't make you feel pressured into selecting them. They inform, you decide.
