The therapist understood my concerns and needs. The knots were removed from my neck and back. Appreciated the salt stone recommendation, fabulous.

I shared my problem areas and the first approximately 20 minutes of my 90 minute massage were spent addressing those problem areas on my lower back. Following the completion of my massage, which progressed smoothly and very well, the massage therapist, Emily, provided me with stretching exercises to help those problem areas in my lower back.

After a good Relaxing I was very disappointed front desk for making me sign up for membership for wish I did because you came so relax and they don’t give you time to think that’s the only thing I was very confused and yes I did sign very aggressive for making you sign and promise you everything and next day when they call me because they make it confusing with my credit cards I find out it was no discounts but the service and the facial it was excellent and I did feel great need to have a meeting and not to be sooooaggressive for signing up automatically we can sign

Friendly staff, comfortable environment

The reminder texts are very helpful. Staff was very friendly, super happy. therapist took the time to show me different stretches that will help my specific areas. Loved her technique.

Matt was great with pressure, attention to my needs and professional. Massage room temperature was a bit warm.

The receptionist (I don't know her name) was very sweet and personable. She talked to me while I was waiting for my appointment which is great customer service. Matt did my massage and it was the best massage I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. The pressure was perfect and the massage was very relaxing. He asked what I liked and disliked before he started and, most importantly, followed through on the massage perfectly. Just wow. And Arianna (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name!), she did my facial and holy moly I was literally GLOWING by the time I left. This was the best experience I've had at a Hand & Stone location, and now I'm sad I can't afford a membership anymore!! I would love to be able to see both of them monthly. If I wasn't a student on a crazy tight budget you'd definitely see me WAY more often. Thank you for being awesome!

It did take a little while to get checked in. However, there was only one receptionist and she was very busy checking in, checking out, and answering phone calls. I was not offered water by reception or my massage therapist like usual. However, everyone was very busy. It was one of the best massages that I have receiving thus far though and I will be returning to the same therapist. Overall, it was one of my better experiences at this particularly location.

Massage therapist is knowlegable and listens to my concerns. Visit always helps me relax and relieves achy muscles. Spa is clean and atmosphere is relaxing.
