All employees were very friendly. I enjoyed the pressure the therapist used. I like the water feature and lights in the trees in the waiting room. The warm towel to wipe off oil after the massage was a nice touch.

Matthew did a fantastic job. One of the best massages that I had at a Hand & Stone location in a while. I look forward to getting a massage from him again.

The best massage I’ve ever had which focused on problem areas with tge right amout if pressure. Joshua was my masseuse and was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Cynthia did my facial. Best one I’ve ever had. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Front office staff were also very friendly.

Great massage, very effective and friendly

I was scheduled for a facial and massage at the arrowhead location. Both services were canceled due to the techs being sick. I was rescheduled at a different location in Happy valley.
