Matthew is the reason I am a member. He is an excellent massage therapist. I have been to many other companies and did not receive a good massage until I came to see Matt.

I had called 3 places before H&S as i wanted a same day appt due to pain and headache. When I called to see if there was an appt available at the nearest location to me at HS there was not. The receptionist offered to check other HS locations and found me a same day appt. No other place i called offered that and i was extremely grateful. Then arriving at appt the front desk staff was very welcoming and courteous during my wait. The massage therapist was very welcoming and made sure to discuss with me what my therapy needs/goals were and what area's i felt needed most attn. Because of this conversation i was able to leave feeling much better than I went in and the massage was perfect. I purchased a membership and made a next week FU massage to help achieve my pain management goals. I have since referred 2 friends that have been looking for a great massage therapist and location to this location and to see Joshua. I received nothing but amazing service from all staff members from begining call to end service. Thank you

Once again Dee was wonderful! This is the first time I used one of my credits and opted for the longer massage time. I paid the difference, so I could use my other credit to come again for another longer massage. Dee really did a good job of working each area, while also focusing on my problem areas. I missed a couple of months and have been in need of relaxation and stress relief! I was very enjoyable and my neck and shoulders feel great!

My massage was very satisfying and the masseuse provided a perfect amount of pressure to resolve any and all problem areas. The staff at the desk was wonderful too!!

Receptionist was excellent. Dee, the massage therapist, was excellent.

The massage session was extremely relaxing. Leandra knows what she is doing and the massage left me satisfied and felt good that it made me want to come back again. With the facial, I expected a bit more, so maybe when I go back I will do something different and see what works best for me. But overall it was a very good experience. Definitely going back since I signed up for the membership.

The esthetician was amazing. She had the touch of an angel and had great knowledge and recommendations thank you Diane. And the boy up front was very nice and made me feel welcomed. A great experience after work to relax

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I was so relaxed after my massage. I went home a took a short nap. My facial was awesome. My skin was dewy soft I did not want to touch my all day. It was a great day.
