I had zero issues with my appointment on October 3. I hadn’t had a facial in quite some time so my service was great! I even purchased a new product to add to my skin care regime.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Spa has a nice ambience it’s very relaxing and an enjoyable experience. The service is excellent.

Skilled massage therapist

Tamara was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. I explained the pain I was having and she spent the perfect amount of time there while still allowing for a full body massage.

Love this place. It is always clean, staff is great. My skin always looks fantastic. I have worked with Star and Ariana, and both girls are very professional, know the product line extremely well, and give fantastic facials.

I used my membership points 7000+ for my facial, they could not get the points to post to my account for the free facial( still waiting for a call back from manager. Also when i ask how many points i have it seems like the staff does not know how to look them up and will tell me i have none. Training would be helpful on this matter. I should only been charged for my two upgrades not the appointment . thank you

Dee was amazing! She mentioned how the Himalayan salt stones would be a great change to the regular hot stones and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I was relaxed but yet still got my tension taken care of and that never has happened before. She truly is amazing.
