Everyone is always very friendly and helpful! I always feel welcome. Very nice relaxing spa atmosphere. The only problem I have is trying to book. I usually come in at night during the week and it’s hard to get in. I would like more availability.

I booked a massage due to a lot of recent stress. The receptionists were kind and welcoming; the massage therapist was efficient, professional, and skilled. Alex spent extra time on my neck and shoulders, as requested. I decided this shouldn’t be something I do every couple years, so I joined as a member. My only suggestion for improvement is that booking on the website is clunky and I have not downloaded the app due to poor reviews. It seems some additional attention needs to be taken on the technology side of the business.

Provided an excellent massage to targeted areas as requested. A wonderful place to relax. Started massage with a headache and it was greatly alleviated by the time I left.

My therapist worked on areas of concern. My therapist listened to my concerns. My therapist suggested a plan for future massages to hopefully correct my area of concern.
