Hand and Stone

The Grand Opening was promoted well. The free massage was a huge perk to try Hand and Stone. The offer to wave the joining fee was also a bonus which encouraged me to join. Glad I can use different locations.

I showed up on the wrong date for my appointment. Mgr, owner and staff quickly found someone to do my facial. Atmosphere was very clean, very relaxing, very quiet

Good value. The membership cost is affordable. This location is close to my office where I can stop in after work.

Shylia was friendly, professional and knowledgeable! She thoroughly explained the issues I was having with my skin, what I can do at home to help resolve the issue and what she was doing to help my skin during my facial- which products she was using, why she chose that product and how it would help my skin. I can’t wait for my next appointment with her!

Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. I enjoyed my facial with Windy and will return often!

I had a great experience at Hand and Stone. It was quick and easy to book over the phone and the receptionist was very nice and friendly. I was most impressed with Marti, and how attentive she was during the massage. She took the time to listen to problem areas prior to the massage and really focused areas that she identified throughout the massage. She also did a wonderful job providing a deep tissue massage as requested, she applied lots of pressure that really helped!

My therapist was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me understand how and when I should be using the products specific to the problem areas i am having with my skin

The carpet in the massage room was so stained and dirty. I did not want to walk on it. The reason I had the appointment was to address neck pain. 5 minutes was spent on this area. I also mentioned that I had a lot of stress in my shoulders and would like them worked on. She said she was a shoulder expert, I did not receive the treatment I expected.

It is hard to schedule massage appointments. I wish there was more availability.

My facial was excellent! it wa my massage that was an issue. I requested light pressure and the person doing my massage was so heavy handed on my back and neck area that I am very sore days after. I normally get an all over massage but this time they did not do my lower arms or hands. I advised that I had issues with arhiritis in my right knee and thought they would concentrate on that area but for some reason they stayed more on my back with the heavy pressure.
