I am just starting my membership so I have not experienced everything to be able to form an opinion. I signed up fir membership but I must say I was taken aback by enrollment fee. Seems extreme. Also maybe some promotional coupons or add one to try aroma therapy or salt stones as a new member would have been nice.

It seems like every time I go get a facial or massage that I am expected to upgrade or buy something. Like with my facial, she wanted me to upgrade to another type of facial that was $100 more, um, I'm already paying 80/mo for the membership. It just seems like we a we are getting asked to spend instead of enjoy the experience.

Too difficult to book with therapist. Frequently canceled my appointments or had to reschedule. Covering clock and cutiing time of service short.

I was given a gift card for Christmas of $120 for my massage and gratuity. I was told I was unable to use a gift card at the intro rate, although where my mother purchased the gift card they said I could. I have never been to the spa, so not sure why. I find it strange that my sister was able to book her intro rate with the sane gift card, no issues at a different location. But the woman who booked mine kept saying I could not. I think the policies should be the same across the board. I had to pay $140 for my service, which doesn’t seem right, considering my mother purchased two of the same gifts.

I am a teenager and have acne and was told I will need to continue receiving facials before I see results. I am a member and plan on receiving facials monthly to help clear up my acne. Emily was very professional and helped me pick out products for my skin type.

Overall my facial was good. I was with someone new and I thought she was nice.

I waited for the receptionist to finish chatting with the customer paying before I could check in. This shortened my massage by 10 minutes. They did not seem to care that I did not get my full hour, just said sorry we have another appointment that follows mine. The carpet in the massage was horribly stained. I did not want to walk on it in my bare feet.

Massage interrupted by another staff member in middle of my massage.
