When I asked how much the Diamond glow facial was, I was told it was 139. I didn’t realize she meant an additional 139. I would have opted to not pay that much for the upgrade. It was a small mistake and it’s okay- I think the gal was new.

Sometimes you get a really great and knowledgeable masseuse. Mine was really nice and wanted to do a great job, but sometimes the pressure was way too light or way too hard. I actually woke up with a sore neck and headache.

I told my therapist about my problem areas ( neck/shoulders). He worked on them for a bit and then spent an inordinate and not equal amount of time on one leg vs the other. Then did a bunch on one arm but not the other. It was the most odd massage I have ever had and I’ve had LOTS. To the point where the extra long leg massage only one side weirded me out. He also turned on a fan and I was FREEZING.

The staff were attentive and friendly. The aesthetician didn’t do anything I didn’t ask her to do. I will not do the same facial next time.

Did not like the 3rd party call center

My husband and I were very frustrated in the scheduling process. The woman we spoke with ended up scheduling the original appointment in Chicago when we very clearly called the Glendale, Arizona location. Then, when I called back to try and fix the problem, it took almost five minutes just to cancel the original appointment. When she finally got to asking what time I wanted at the originally intended location, she acted like she had no idea we were meant to be scheduled at 8:30. When she was confirming details of the appointment, she asked me questions about my problem areas and pressure (things I expect to talk about in my appointment, not when I'm setting it). She also just assumed I would want a female therapist. I don't understand why she needed to notate my problem areas and pressure preferences when she couldn't ask me if I had any requests on the therapist. If there were only females available, that's fine; but it should've been said as such instead of as if I had requested it when I was never asked.

I am not satisfied with how much the "add on's" cost. To rub a stone on me cost $25 more dollars? Some of the services should be included, in my opinion.

I called several days before my appointment to book the apointment. Just to find out when I arrived, I was scheduled for the next day at a complete random time. Never got text conformation. Also, I've been a member for ever. You can bill me each month, but have to provide card info each time I want to book another apointment.. figure ur systems out!!

Bailey did just fine for a first visit. Pressure point knowledge could have been better. I still am not sure what the membership enrollment fee covers

The receptionist was extremely pushy trying to sell me on your monthly membership. I had a relaxing experience up until it was time to check out. The receptionist made me feel uncomfortable and guilty and really pried too far on the sales approach instead of just taking no for an answer. Because of this experienced I am much less likely to return to this location.
