My massage started late because I had to go over a lot of the same information in the lobby that I had already put on the forms I filled out days before coming in. Then the therapist went over the same information with me again in the room. Because of this, my massage started at 12:55pm when my appointment was for 12:45. The massage was over by 1:40pm. I accepted an upgrade for a scalp massage with aromatherapy. I was disappointed to find out paying for the scalp massage did not add any additional time to my massage. I paid $15 extra for her to rub my head during the time I was already paying for. This was not a value in my eyes. I would more so expect the upgrade to add atleast 5 mins to the massage. Not cut into the massage I was already getting. My massage was only 45 mins when I paid for an hour and the upgrade was not worth it. The staff was great. My therapist did a fantastic job making me feel relaxed and comfortable. The facility was clean and had a great vibe.

The staff was so friendly and my aesthetician was super knowledgeable. My complaint was at the end when the sales pitch came in for the monthly membership. The unauthentic experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was okay with being asked. Most places do. But when I politely declined, she proceeded to offer me a “better deal” wherein the enrollment fee could be reduced from $200 to $80. And that tactic hit a negative cord with me. If you really want your customers to sign up - you need to be authentic and genuine and you should always offer them the best deal from the start. When you make a better offer only after the customer says no, it makes the person feel like they were going to be taken advantage of by saying yes the first time. I am not interested in doing business with companies who deploy tactics such as these.

My massage was cut just a little short. I know there is time allotted at the beginning in the end for dressing, but even then I did not get a full 50 minute massage.

Hands on time was short. Changing time at the beginning of massage was especially long.. then the massage was stopped a full 10 min prior to the hour, which resulted in approx 40 min if massage time, not 50.

My usual therapist (Jacob) was unavailable for the time slot I had available so I went with a different therapist. She was nice and knowledgeable but wasn't able to apply enough pressure to the effected area even with a hot rock. I typically do a hot stone massage but she changed it once in the room to a mini hot stone massage. Maybe those stones are better sized for her hands? The difference between the two was not explained to me.

After my massage I was relaxed but that kind of went away when I was given the high pressure pitch to sign up for the membership and book another appointment. I said no multiple times and then finally gave in because it seemed like I couldn't leave until I did. I will probably cancel as soon as possible because it seems like I got pressured into something akin to a gym membership that I won't even use.

My massage was very nice! However my therapist spent a lot of time talking and telling me what she was doing. I just wanted to close my eyes and relax haha

The cost for non member is to high. I'm not a fan of massage memberships. Did not like have a sales pitch on becoming a member at the end of my massage.

Overall, the experience is always good. The value, however, is not what I expected. The hour-long massage is less than 60 minutes and the two-hour is only 80 minutes, which is less than 1.5 hours. Every visit has up-sales and if I want to use an additional package to cover, a partial package cannot be used; to use half a package, you lose the other half.
