The massage therapist was informative, professional and did a good job, the massage was just not as lasting or as impactful as previous massages I've had. I can't put my finger on why, she did all of the right things, used the right pressure and checked in with me and implemented any notes I gave. The only issue I would mention was when I turned over onto my back and a towel was placed over my eyes. I actually appreciated this, but it was a little startling as my eyes were closed and I didn't hear her tell me she was going to do that. In the future, maybe a softer towel would be a nice touch (not complaining, suggested improvement only, I plan to ask for this in the future.)

I don't particularly like the appointment cancellation policy although I understand it. I believe you should offer a 1x free excuse per quarter for cancelling within the 24 hour period. Emergencies happen especially in this day and age with sicknesses.

I had requested add on that were not done. Therapist forgot to use the hot stones for the whole massage. Very sore last night. Couldn’t sleep when rolling over on back. Never had that happen before with a massage.

I was upset that I paid 130.00 extra for cryo facial toning and rejuvenating mask for my appt to be only around 45 minutes long(12:56p-1:42). And that’s including undressing and dressing. I got back into my spa room later than 12:45

My appointment was at 2:30 and I didn’t actually take me in until 2:50 PM… I wasn’t highly satisfied on the results of nu face .. When I got home I honestly couldn’t tell that I had had it done. And the hydration did not last on my face

Products in the lobby don't necessarily create a more tranquil ambiance. There was an Alexa that went off during my massage (not mine nor the therapist's).
