I loved everything! It’s a little on the pricey side. But I left feeling relaxed. The facial with Alexis was AWESOME!!

Heat wasn’t working so it was chilly in room. Not unbearable- just chilly. Had a decompression massage but therapist didn’t use cups as much as excepted based on similar massages

The reception staff were outstanding, my one and only complaint is the selling of memberships after a service, specifically a massage. I appreciate that they did not push it aggressively, but it is still incredibly annoying to have to ward off sales pitches when I'm just trying to recover from the stress, depression and grief of the holidays. If the information is not available for me to review at a time convenient to me, then it's not worth my time to begin with.

Appointment time was 130 and did not get taken back until 15 minutes after that time. Nobody at front desk acknowledged it until I looked over slightly annoyed. Therapist was very nice and apologized.

I made a last minute appointment so could not get my normal therapist. The massage was relaxing but I would have liked more work done on my sciatica pain.

I never put highly satisfied on any survey because for me that indicates that there was nothing more that could have been done to better the experience. And that could never be true.

The front desk ladies are nice but are not very communicative. They waited till our out of state guests signed up and THEN told them this was their forever home site(other side of the country).

Was not very happy with the membership sign up. Information got missed and entered incorrectly. Also they forgot to charge me for my up-charges when I was there and had to do so after I had left. More organization would be appreciated.

The sales pitch to return/sign up for a plan from the front desk staff, upon payment, was a little heavy handed.

The sales push at the end of my visit was I comfortable. I said multiple times that I wanted to think about it and I did not feel like the receptionists listened to me.
