Found out After I “joined” that my friends didn’t have to pay the set up fee and are paying $10 less a month then me. Also I was told one thing but then given a packet with a lower cost. I feel like I was cheated and likely won’t maintain my membership for very long so you lost what would have been a long term customer to make some extra up front

For the most part it was good. The online booking was a pain and I was unsatisfied with the availability of female massage therapists. The actual services were fine, however the price of the membership is high and I do not like that the staff were so pushy.

Therapist has started to give under 50 minutes of contact time last few sessions. Last night it was just over 45 minutes of in room time. I expect 50 minutes each session. I wasn't late for service. Also, I get ready on both ends super fast, so less than 50 minutes last night to get undressed and on table, then massage, then dressed and out into waiting area to pay.

I received a text after my husband made the appointment. I then received a phone call 48 hours prior to the appointment to confirm the appointment. During the phone call, I was asked if I was aware of the 24 hour cancellation policy, to which I replied yes. I then received a text message asking me to confirm my appointment, to which I replied. I then received an email, reminding me about the appointment. Though this seemed a bit excessive, I accepted the process. Then 24 hours prior to my appointment, I received an additional text and email, asking me to confirm. I did not reply to either of these requests, as I had already confirmed my appointment. This is too much communication.

I'm satisfied, and will continue to come for my facials. However, I am on crutches. The blond girl at the desk, the new one, I have had problems with in the past. She is not well trained, and overcharged my card. She doesn't know how to check out customers when they are purchasing products, and she had me standing there waiting on her to check me in for forever. However the girl who was there when I came out after my appt was very sweet and insisted on getting the door for me.

To have been able to completely relax and enjoy the spa experience, the requirement of wearing a mask would need to be removed. Otherwise, the experience was great.

The massage was very relaxing. The ambiance was nice. Dee was very skilled.

1) reception had personal music on very loud in the office, but eventually turned it off before I went in for massage. 2) During massage I heard people talking in the hallway and in other rooms. Walls are super thin! I could make out their conversation, no just hear mumbles. It was really annoying. 3) asking if I want to add on something like aromatherapy is pointless when you have to keep masks on during massage. (Yes, I understand cdc guidelines etc) but I wasn’t going to pay for something extra that wouldn’t really benefit in long run.

A customer was not wearing a mask when I entered. I wish the therapist would have used more pressure sooner in the massage snd I wish edge would have used the product earlier.
