There was confusion around me using a gift card. The matter was still not handled appropriately in my mind. I had purchased service gift cards but it was used as cash.

The massage therapist was excellent. Since this was my first massage with her, it would be difficult to say that I was highly satisfied. However, I would certainly request her again. On the other hand, I also had a facial and was not fully satisfied with that experience due to a very good experience with my previous facial.

My therapist must have had a cold could barely understand her voice was rough. Although I asked her to be medium it was a little too soft. I like the room to be darker she did put a towel over one light but still too light for me.

Very satisfied with service but there is always some room for improvement. Would be nice to have hand sanitizer in waiting area.

Needed more time spent on one specific area and with more pressure. Although she was very nice, I would rather not have to have a conversation, but just relax during a massage.

Mainly the cost.

I requested a deep tissue massage. The pressure used was no where near a deep tissue. The therapist never asked how the pressure was.

After massage also scheduled a facial, therapist was very nice but new to job. Therapist was not ready when my massage completed and facial procedures did not include my neck or chest which were included in my prior facials. Massage of shoulders and neck during facial was less than satisfying.

I always tell the receptionist and therapist that I receive 3 massages a year. Of course the therapist tries to upsale with CBD oil and other products and the receptionist tries to get me to sign up for 1 massage monthly. 69. Dollars for 2 massages a month would be a deal but for 1 massage. No thank you
