Appointment was behind start time. Told therapist specific locations that needed attention & they did not focus on those areas & instead did a full body, which would have been okay if additional time & attention was focused on the areas that needed it.

My therapist was wonderful, however his nails could use a trimming as I was able to feel them during my massage. Other than that small note, he was thorough, communicative, professional and skilled.

It’s very expensive. The membership is pushed hard, but even that is too expensive for the average person.

I do not understand why I have this question. I was highly satisfied with my experience and immensely enjoyed my time. I would absolutely request the same massage therapist as well, she was very kind and fantastic.

I’ve had a membership for a while and almost all my appointments have been a great experience. I have referred family and friends already.

Called me to rearrange the time sooner just to cut my 80 minute to 50. To help other customers. Overall friendly staff. Would like to see different beverages as options. And would like to see real coconut water.

The therapist is extremely knowledgable, she was very helpful in helping me in between my visits. I will continue to visit because of how well she assist me with my discomfort.

I enjoyed my facial, it’s just too early to see the benefits from it. In a few days, or after the next facial I will be able to answer this question more thoroughly.

Told the therapist I needed a really good swedish massage to relieve tension. Instead I got joint compression on my back and its hurting today. It was more like a chiropractor appt and not a massage. Very disappointed and upset that my back is aching.

My appointment was 15 minutes late to start. When I asked Amy what products she was using she didn’t seem as knowledgeable on the product. She was also chewing gum which I could hear during my facial, not something I’d recommend doing.
