Hand and Stone

When I first made a appointment with this Hand and Stone my reservation was completely lost and the reaction of management was not the best. They then sent me a 50% off coupon and I tried it again. They definitely made up for it! Amanda my massage therapist was amazing and it was honestly unlike any massage I’ve ever had. Very different techniques and highly effective. Amy who did my facial was extremely knowledgeable and kind. My skin came out feeling refreshed. This Hand and Stone redeemed themselves and I will be coming back.

During my facial the staff member was discussing religion and politics- I was very uncomfortable as it became opposite we had opposing views. I couldn’t relax and there was no appropriate way to tell her I had no interest in her bible study or visit to the trump hotel

My debit card was charged twice for the tip. I have to wait three days before, hopefully, the charge will fall off. This is very annoying.

I am Very satisfied with my visit. Massage was great. My back feels much better.

The Therapist was a little bit slow working the arms and shoulders. Overall it was a good massage but felt a bit more of the arms, neck and shoulders could have been worked. Therapist spend Most of time around the shoulder blades and lower back.

I do not prefer to be massaged over a sheet, as was the case with this massage and the last at Hand and Stone. Other Massage places draped accordingly but did not massage over a sheet.

Highly satisfied would require above and beyond.

I did not like that it was 10-15 minutes behind schedule and the receptionist said I would get my full time and I didn’t. The appointment end the exact time it should have if it were on time. So I feel like I paid for more then I received.

If room looks more luxurious, it might be nice.

I got charged for $20 more and I wasn’t aware of . For facial cleaning $100 including tip for a first time customer it’s overpriced
