They forgot my foot massage...

The lights in the massage room were very bright and could not be turned down. When I mentioned this, the therapist covered the lights with a towel. You could hear noise from outside of the room which I have not experienced at other locations. The staff were very friendly and professional.

No reason I am not highly satisfied. This was only my second time attending. I would like to go a few more times to see what I did and did not like about it

a lot of therapists are new and are not trained enough on body physiology to offer therapeutic massage. Receptionists always treat me like a first time client when I’ve been coming for years. I do not need to be reminded to use the bathroom.

Having every possible service as an add on was a bit overwhelming to try and figure out. I prefer to just have the price be the price with various discount packages available. But I'll go for awhile and see if it works for me.

It seemed like some the therapist’s nails were too long because I could feel them scrap my skin on a lot of the stokes.

I wasnt offered any upgrades. I was just not relaxed and the massage was a little weak for my liking. the therapist was very nice though. I m just used to more deep tissue work.

I was trying out a new location closer to my home. Staff was very friendly I just prefer the quality of massage I get from therapist at location I have been going to.

I wish there were more choices in massages and facials with different price breaks. I felt it was expensive.

It just didn’t meet highly satisfied criteria.
