No extractions were done, I get those for every facial I've had before. Strong scent also in lobby.

My massage was extremely relaxing, I opted for the hot stone massage as I've never experienced it before and was extremely satisfied..

Massage was short on time. Brought back a few minutes late. Started my massage almost 7 minutes after the hour but finished massage at 11:50. Why pay 4 biofreeze if it's wiped off immediately after applying? Waste of $10

I am grateful for the opportunity to try Hand & Stone. The massage was too short, too light and my shoulders and arms did not get worked on as requested.
