Irvin is great! He is always receptive and kind. The entire staff at the Decatur location does a great job of making sure you're comfortable and heard. My wife and I have never had an issue are always look forward to coming in for our monthly services.

I appreciate the fact that, as a member, my credits roll over and I do not lose them due to missing a few months of not scheduling services. Also, I was allowed to give one of my credits to a friend for her to get a facial. She's thrilled and I so happy that I was allowed to do that. Vee the receptionist was amazing. She made sure all was well with my massage and facial. She even helped with a problem I had earlier in the week.

Made me feel like a regular as a walk-in. And remember it was my birthday on my appointment and made the visit even more special for my first facial.
