Hand and Stone

Everything was on time and great! My masseuse was great with the pressure and focusing on my problem areas. The room ambience was nice and very relaxing. My husband and I both truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back sometime soon.

The receptionist was very friendly when I was checking in and answered my questions. The woman doing my facials explained what she was doing for the steps and did a really good job. I ended up getting a membership because I definitely wanted to come back on a monthly basis and the value for that is great! Other places around here charge double, but I don't think you would have an experience that was twice as good.

I am just trying it to see until I see results after many treatments

This is the place to get a nice facial. My friends and family will be referred by me. You guys are completely awesome!

Tasha was very pleasant and gave me a wonderful facial. She was very knowledgeable. I will be back for a facial from her.

The man giving the massage was very knowledgeable. The room was clean and calming. I felt very relaxed after the appointment.

I scheduled facials for my mother’s birthday. This was a last minute, same day appointment. I called and they had 2 appointments for the time that worked for our schedule. The receptionists were FANTASTIC! They put together a little gift bag for my mother’s birthday. And the esthetician’s where THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I usually use my packages for massages only but this was a whole new world that I enjoyed immensely and can’t wait to do it again! I will be returning to the Hand & Stone Decatur location! I loved EVERYTHING about my experience!

Mikey was excellent. Well versed in technique and very responsive to my input as to areas of concern, etc

Overall experience was seamless and pleasant from the condition of the store, the friendliness of the front receptionist and quality of the massage. My masseuse, Everett, was highly skilled and listened to everything I said and addressed my really tight neck muscles. He even talked to me about stretches I could do to help with my tight sore neck.

My massage therapist is excellent. I also enjoy the esthetician that has been doing my facials.
