The room set up was very comfortable, warm and felt and smelled clean. My esthetician made me feel comfortable by asking questions about any problems I'd had with my skin and explained each product she used on my face and what to expect (tingling, sting, itchy, cold). She provided me with a pleasant experience and I will use her again.

My massage therapist was fantastic. He was very good about focusing on the areas that I was having trouble with and recognized my needs. Front desk staff was also very friendly and I appreciated the social distancing markers in the lobby

I overall enjoyed my experience, since the moment I call to book my appointment. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They explained everything clear and helped me to arrange the service I was looking for. Once in there, I was really impressed about the good management with COVID. Being in a room with a therapist made me nervous but he was perfectly doubled masked, everything was super clean and the fear of a risk went away. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Lastly but not last, everything was sparkling clean.
