The friendliness of reception staff. Cleanliness of reception area and treatment room. I felt "safe" with the extra precautions taken by staff and cleaning regime to prevent the spread of COVID-19. As always, Hannah was wonderful!

They always treat me very courteously and act like I am a valued customer. I see the same people, it’s nice to know the staff stays v Pierre is really good and knows my physical issues and always makes sure he addresses problem areas.
