Amazing from the time I stepped in.

I did not remember that I had an appointment for a massage when Joanie called me back. When I called the name of the aesthetician, Joanie calmly and friendly reassured me that she would see if the other person was available if I preferred. She returned to the room to remind me that I would see the aesthetician immediately following the massage. She asked if I was comfortable proceeding and I gladly did so. This was my first massage with Hand & Stone and I was thoroughly pleased with Joanie as my masseuse. The pressure she applied was perfect and I wished I'd booked a 2 hour session. As always, my aesthetician, LaTasha, is amazing! I love her personality and most especially I really like the service she provides. She treats my skin with kid gloves and provides me excellent advice on the upkeep of my skin! Thank you for your services, Ladies!

It was great.I came in with shoulder pain. When I left the pain was gone.

The reception staff is efficient and friendly. They always check me in when I walk in the door and never have to ask my name. The service providers are equally warm as well as knowledgeable and attentive.
