I was highly Satisfied with the entire process. It was easy to make an appointment the same day I called. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. The massage therapist was knowledgeable and accommodating. I enjoyed my experience and will do it again in a few weeks.

H&S feels warm and safe each time I walk in. Therapists are good (I've had 3), which suggests a practice of hiring quality therapist. I have referred others and purchased a gift card for friend on my last visit. Love this place.

I have been attending Hand and Stone for over a year now, and this may be one of my best experiences since switching locations. At your Decatur location, the staff is consistently warm, friendly, and down to earth. Ife, my therapist, was great. She would intuitively ask how I was feeling and made me feel comfortable when asking to adjust the pressure, or any other questions. It was a pleasant experience. I also tried the new CBD oil, which was extremely relaxing. It was one of the best massages I have ever had.

It was something for me. It made me feel good. I look forward to doing it again.

I came here from Massage Envy when I moved from Gwinnett County and was initially nervous. I am in love with this place and have been since the grand opening I attended! Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgable. They go above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. My massage therapist is wonderful. I also think the extras offered are better than elsewhere. I recommend this location to Decatur locals all the time.
