My Esthetician did not try to constantly sell me upgrades in service or products. We discussed what I used and my satisfaction with my regimen. It is not relaxing to have a sales pitch during a facial. I truly appreciated her mannerisms and respect of my relaxation. She was great

I haven't many massages and I was a little apprehensive, thinking I wouldn't like it much and shouldn't have gotten a membership. But it was so nice! I'll stick with it and come back for another next month.

Usually, I would book at the Brookhaven location. Unfortunately, after two months of unavailability to fit my schedule. I began to look for another location. Thank God for the Decatur location! I had been in extreme neck & back pain. One phone call and they booked me immediately. My therapist Abigail was exceptional and I walked out pain free!! I also sampled the coconut infused water, which I enjoyed. The receptionist gave me a member discount and I love these drops!! Thank you all for your exceptional services!! This is my new location 😊

Nikia was very warm and friendly. She was knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. While I did purchase the products used during my facial, I never felt pressured to do so. Will definitely come back next month!

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and the therapist was customer focused. He asked me questions about my stress and health and wellness.

I can really tell my therapist knows what she is doing and is highly trained but also gifted. I like that the spa is very efficient and everyone is very communicative. Above all I really appreciate that it does not feel pretentious and that the staff is sincere, down to earth and very professional.
