I felt my facial was rushed. I arrived early and still started late and ended early. No shoulder massage just the basics and out of there

Appointment started on time, helped me relax, and always a pleasure with the receptionist attitude and professionalism

Initially toik 3-phone calls, including missed calls to secure appointment.

The hot stones were not included and the lighting was too bright, I was able to relax but the stones wouldn't been more effective for me

I was highly impressed with the massage therapist's meticulous attention to the areas I requested for focus. They methodically addressed each area with precision and thoroughness, ensuring no muscle group was overlooked. I was thoroughly impressed by the massage therapist's extensive knowledge of various massage techniques and their seamless application throughout the session.

Your gift card system is very confusing. I thought I bought a "holiday special" massage, meaning the reason it was discounted was because it was a special. But it was just treated like a regular gift card and I ended up having to just pay the difference in person. If I knew I had to pay full price I would not have bought the gift card marked as a "holiday special".

The massage table could be wider so my arm does not slide off once the massage oil is applied. Later appointment times during the week would be appreciated.

Do not like repeated up-selling efforts. Cost is not the only reason I may decline an additional service offer. I'm not convinced I have blackheads on my nose, during both facials i've had, I was told I did & Extraction does not yield a relaxing reslut.

Wish there were more locations closer to my house. I typically have to go get my services close to the job .
