Did not spend time on problem areas as requested.

On my form, I wrote that I had two prior shoulder dislocations. I would have felt more comfortable and safe had my therapist reviewed this with me before she started the massage. Instead, I had to bring it up during the massage. Same situation with the facial - instead of the facial therapist confirming my nose injury (which I also included on the form) , and checking with me about what felt safe and unsafe, I had to bring it up during the facial.

This particular tech, Tericca is NOT a match for me. I've seen her 3 times. I honestly didn't want her this past visit but LaTasha had to leave and Tericca subs in. The staff did ask me beforehand, but I didn't remember who she was until I saw her. I thought I'd give her another try. But that will for sure be the LAST. She cleans and scrubs my face so FAST it's not relaxing and then using a lot of time doing other things besides my facial and comes back with what feels like wet cotton squares! She started 10 mins past the hour..I was waiting 5 mins for her to come in. Then stopped at 9 mins before the hour. She did the same thing last time I had to see her...same bad experience and the manager had to remove the charge. I have asked to speak with the manager (I left a message) I want it noted on my account that we are not a match. Do not book me with Tericca. OTHERWISE, I love my facials with LaTasha! And my massage appointments are always the best! I believe he's Marquez

I was expecting a more detailed massage. I did ask for focus on my back and neck, but most of the time was spent on my back. I was still expecting a full body massage. It wasn’t as satisfying for me as the massages I used to receive at the spa, I normally use. I’m sure I would not use the same therapist if I return. She was very nice, but I was expecting more.

My therapist was awesome; he listened to my problem areas and really addressed them with great pressure.

Overall, I was pleased with my experience. However, I did feel that there was pressure to add on extras like salts, etc., without clear explanation that there would be a charge for those.

Inconsistent when traveling so I no longer see the value of the membership. Plus I'd want 2hr massage.

The ambiance was lacking. Massage was good, but for a spa I expected more pleasant smells and decor. Floor was also dirty in the waiting area.

I would like less turnover with the therapist that I like. That is a little frustrating but that's is life. I have to adjust my appointment time to match a new therapist I want to try.

The massage therapist tried but, just couldn't get the pressure right. His movements were also to jerky & disconnected which did not allow for relaxation.
