Hand and Stone

The service was really great. Staff welcomed me in and my message therapist did a great job. He was helpful and applied the perfect amount of pressure where I asked.

I have been twice now and each time the music was too loud and I was not given a towel to wipe off the oil after my massage. Every Hand and Stone I've been to provides this. It otherwise feels gross to walk out feeling oily. The staff was rushed getting to and from the room and did not provide a relaxing atmosphere.

It was my firs facial. Nice but just something I am not use to

I've only been once so far and only with one aesthetician - I need to try another aesthetician to find the perfect match for me. I went to Faced the Facial Studio last summer for a facial and had a better experience, but I know they also cost quite a bit more, so I take that into consideration, too. I will be back to Hand and Stone but will request another aesthetician just to find the most perfect match for me. Nothing bad happened during my last visit, but I wasn't overwhelmed by how amazing the experience was either.

I will not return to this Hand and Stone location because I do not live in the area and was visiting from out of state.

Massage therapist did not fully address the source of my pain, but it did improve and I felt somewhat better than I did prior to the appointment.

Please allow me to experience what Hand & Stone has to offer.

My neck was uncomfortable while I am getting my service. At last she hand me a mirror which is very dirty, I can’t even see my face clearly, needs more cleaning in the service room.

I’ve experience superb spa experience elsewhere so my expectations are high. For the value and friendliness of the staff, I will return.

My therapist started my appt 10-15 mins late and still ended on time. He was very rushed during the massage and was moving very quickly. I had difficulty relaxing because of how rushed he seemed
