My facial was not full service. I specified to the esthetician that I had just been waxed on my face and instead of letting me know that date. Might not have been a good day to get a facial. She literally washed my face. , put cream on it and a hot towel and my services were completed in less than 20 minutes.That is Barnum the worst facial that I've had in 40 years.

Just don’t like being up sold on things like hot stone etc. but it’s not a big deal, I just don’t like it.

My skin did freshen up but it didn’t glow as my expectations. I paid 169$(159+10$ tip) for this facial and I am not very much happy with it. My expectations were to glow my skin and that’s why I choose the expensive option. Also I was told by the receptionist that the facial is around 1hr and it wasn’t even an hour. It was just 30 mins. Very disappointed! I wish I could have gone for a cheap option.

I told the reception and esthetician I had very sensitive skin. I could not fully enjoy my facial because I experienced stinging. I am very thankful I got a credit and come back again with hopefully a more relaxing experience.

I feel like my facial was not an "hour facial". I feel like I was given too long in the beginning to get prepared and under the sheets. At the end, she left the room at 11:50. I felt cheated! It should not be advertised as an hour service.

I already mentioned it. The aromatherapy was not very strong. The air filter needed dusting. The therapist was good. I just wish she had worked more on my neck which was a sore area I mentioned. She did work my sacrum but wanted to split the massage to those two areas

My concern area was stress in my shoulders & I didn’t feel more relieved in that area when I woke up the next morning. I hoped to relax in my body but the massage strokes used didn’t accomplish that fully.

I believe there is always room for improvement. I don't like the fact that if I want a day of pampering and indulgence...I cannot not get that at Hand in stone. in that way it feels like I'm on conveyor belt

I was very satisfied with my massage. I would say that the knowledge base that the employees should have for helping customers navigate online appointment settings could be better.
