Kevin did a lot to get my face where it is today. I was in a bad shape when I met her. I am so disappointed she's no longer there to take care of my face.. she was exceptional.

Waxing left burning red and bleeding spots on my face. She kept applying and pulling in the same spot. And would tug and yank my head.

The overall treatment service was not pleasant. What should have been a relaxing experience, which was a family gift turned into discomfort and scarring. The service provider was nice, but clearly needs to focus less on selling products and a membership and more on being more gentle with the client at hand. I can only hope my scars don’t leave permanent damage. This matter needs to be further addressed and handled.

The receptionist did not inform me that the esthetician was running late; however, I did receive my hour of service.

I was highly satisfied with my last aesthetician. I was getting regular peel. At my last visit I was not informed that she left the practice, until I got there and the person who took over my services did not recommend doing the facial with the peel due to heat. I get that but have been doing them all Summer with my last aesthetician so felt that was not applicable. Went forward with the regular facial but at this point really just want to do peels, so not sure if I will continue with the membership. Also, unsure about the comfy level/expertise of replacement person so also only want to do what they feel comfy with bc someone inexperienced may not know how to use the chemicals used in a peel.

The massage was good, however the massage therapist was a little too chatty. Although he was very friendly, i would have liked to be able to have quiet time with the massage. Talked throughout entire massage.

I needed some recommendations on products and they couldn’t help me out. The receptionist had no clue and the Person who treated me no time. There was a treatment offered and she didn’t mentioned the costs and I was a little surprise about the price. I would appreciate full transparency. It felt a little: oh she is anyways laying down and relaxing - let’s exploit that. Other than that it was a great treatment. Just left a little taste.

I was in a couples massage this is in reference to the woman. The female therapist had music playing in AirPods during our session. I asked for it to stop because it was disturbing. She didn’t, I said something again she finally stopped. Why have headphones in while working ESP when guests can hear it and it disturbs the service. Also I had to ask twice. So unprofessional.

I was disappointed with hand and Stone in general, because I requested a female when I scheduled to appointment. However, I didn't receive what I requested. ALTHOUGH PIERRE DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD HAVE PERFERRED WHAT I ASKED FOR.
