My largest issue with Hand and Stone Decatur was having to reschedule three times at no fault of my own with no form of compensation or courtesy for the inconvenience. One time is understandable. Three times, even if out of the full control of the facility, that push my membership time back a number of weeks throw off my sports schedule and could potentially effect whether I'm seen within my months time-frame.

Visited this location while in town and the customer service provided was impeccable. What could have turned into a less than relaxing day, became even more enjoyable. Professional staff (front desk, manager, and masseuse). Enjoyable and relaxing massage, clean facilities, and perfect location with parking and lots of food options in the area. Just as a rule of thumb when visiting a Hand and Stone Massage location and using a gift card, verify that the location actually accepts your type of gift card (spa boom or spa weekly are two of the options). Thanks for making my experience enjoyable!

My only issue is grunt to find a time that fits my schedule

The music wasn’t very loud, and I could hear sounds that were a bit distracting. I am comparing the ambiance of the room with another facility I used to frequent.

The overall experience was comparable to other spa experiences. My facial did not include a scalp massage although I was charged extra for my facial. I develop skin irritation after my facial and my problem areas were worse after receiving the facial.

Their ice was amazing as always. Receptionist kept me in the loop the whole time as there was a slightly 15 minute delay. After that, everything ran very smooth.

Massage therapist talked the entire time about uncomfortable topics.

Mine was a time issue. I was called back after time slot. I was told that I would have my time back. My 60 minute appointment ended a1:57. I was not on the table before 1:10 and the therapist started about 1:15
