The therapist's technique for the stones was not expected as I am a therapist and have used stones before. She said she stopped giving deep pressure due to an injury, but there are techniques to give deep pressure I've done and given which wasn't applied to me.

I had a better experience at another location I went to before. This location did not feel as relaxing and clean as the previous location I went to. Massage rooms were not as inviting either, no aroma in the room, carpet felt dirty. I selected the extra lavender aromatherapy but did not feel any scent for it all, and I am very sensitive to scents - I was looking forward to that. The therapist was very nice but the massage felt a bit lopsided, left side felt great but she definitely did not spend the same time/ pressure on the right side. The bathroom was the worst - it was quite unclean. This was not a great experience i had with you guys before. Not coming back to this location, unfortunately as it is the closest to my house. :(

The products used really irritated my face. There are red blotches on my cheeks. My face is dry and in need of care.

The massage did not relax me like I wanted. The massage oil was not warm enough. The massage therapist did not massage high enough on my thighs. The massage ended 5 minutes before it should have.

My massage therapist was great. The management leaves much to be desired. I have had several problems with billing. I did not feel like the office staff took my concerns seriously.

My actual massage was pretty good, I actually have no complaints about that. I really didn't care for the masseurs attitude towards me. He didn't seem that friendly to me, and it was a bit off-putting as well. Just as doctors should have good bedside manner, so should massage therapists. Other than that, I enjoyed the overall experience.
