There isn’t consistency in my appointment s and the service I receive from different employees. I also would like more information shared from each of my appointments so I can feel like they are building on themselves rather than having the same conversations if it’s a new person

I scheduled a 90 minute massage but when I arrived it was only scheduled for an hour

My facial was amazing and I loved everything about it. My massage was great but I wanted to try something more than just a massage and asked for a recommendation but in the end just got a basic massage. Which was still great but I was hoping for more guidance in selecting my massage.

The web site is not easy to deal with. The people are good.

your website is not very friendly. tried to make appt online but it did not offer a 90 minute appointment. I wasnt able to find how to create a profile on this site so still do not have one to make it easier to schedule.

The only reason I was not highly satisfied is that I could hear music from the business next door throughout my massage, which was a little distracting. I know there isn't much you guys can do about that, and the therapist did apologize for the noise next door.

The room didn’t have any music or soothing sounds. Though the therapist did well with my problem areas, they neglected my arms, and I’ve never had that happen at any other location that I’ve visited. The therapist also neglected to offer any water after my service and that’s never happened, even during Covid I’ve been offered water. They just told me that my service was complete for the day and that I could get dressed. I also couldn’t really smell the lavender that I added as my aroma therapy… Maybe it was just really light, but I couldn’t smell it.

2 out of 3 times, the service person greeted me 6-10 minutes after the hour….then they get 10 for me to change. So the appt time is really 40-45 minutes.

It seemed there was a lot of confusion in the lobby with multiple appointments. Mine started 15-20 minutes late, but I was not given that time back during my massage (I was 10 mins early). They removed my charge for the extra time, so I was happy with them making it right!

You always give room for improvement there is nothing negative about my statement.
