I was very satisfied with my visit. The only hiccup was accidentally scheduling two men therapists instead of one man and one woman therapist. That was minor and we ended up loving our massages! I will definitely be coming back.

Everything went very well except the massage therapist was late. She had told the staff to let me know, who told me she’d only be “just a few minutes.”

Did not like my massage therapist. Seemed like she was new. I asked for back work and she spent 30 minutes on feet and legs. Her work felt more like basic rubbing vs massage. She also had a slight body odor exacerbated by the fan.

The massage therapist talked throughout my 2 hour massage about random irrelevant events despite me initially telling him I was there to relax.

Massage did not begin on time. Massage felt somewhat rushed. Not enough pressure was applied.

Still uncomfortable with a previous situation as the staff member apparently still works in the facility.

It was easy to schedule even though it was a day before appointment. My facial was nice and tailored to my needs. The membership is very affordable

I tried for 3 weeks to book an appointment and there was no availability for the dates and times that worked for me. Intake form was lengthy and took longer than expected. Suggest reinforcing arrival 15 minutes prior to service when booking on the phone.

I was highly satisfied with my experience, the esthetician was excellent and did a wonderful job. The front staff still is having difficulty with knowing services available and how to ring up the services.

I received better massages from previous therapists. Unable to use accumulated credits as gift certificates
