I was charged for aromatherapy and my massage therapist did not remember to use it for my appointment. When I told the front desk we did not use she assured me that lavender does not smell as strong as peppermint. They confirmed with my therapist that we did not use and I am still waiting for my reimbursement.

I think you have two people by the same name and I booked with someone unexpected. This was not a big deal but the therapist did seem less experienced and tentative. That was also ok and the massage was fine but not as good as the other therapists I've seen at this location. The room was also very humid. At the end the receptionist thought I had used CBD oil and I hadn't. Everything was just a little off.

The atmosphere in the massage room was not warm and inviting. I usually am able to totally relax and enjoy my massage. I was not able to relax.....it was not a pleasant experience.

It would have had to be on time, and an exceptional massage to get highly satisfied. I didn't like to foot part so ill ask not to have that done next time.

Nothing in particular. I just was not “ wowed” with the service. It was not dissimilar to Massage Evny or Spa Syndell. I just felt like I could have gotten that level of service anywhere.

Seems like there is less staff and less availability than before the pandemic which is completely free understandable! But I wish some of the former staff had been able to stay on because I loved my massage therapist Effe. But overall it’s still a good experience and feels clean and safe.

I asked for a deep tissue massage. I don’t think the pressure stayed consistent during the entire service. Also, I believe body parts were omitted.

No fault of receptionist but computer issues made checking out time a little longer than expected.

I was just satisfied, not highly that’s all. I was impressed with my massage and esthetician knowledge and skills. Thanks

having that I had 2 membership one for self and daughter... coming back I was not offered the 59.99...
