I compared it to the spa that i used for years, before i relocated. So the bar has been set EXTREMELY HIGH.

I heard one of the front desk clerks use some profanity while speaking to another clerk. Although I don't think that she realized that I were still in the waiting area. Also I enjoyed my massage with Mickey however I prefer to really relax while getting my massage so I prefer less talking.

the massage was given as a gift and I am not particularly keen on massages in general. The therapist spent quite a bit of time fixing the sheets/ tucking them.in rather than massage for the full time.

The massage therapist was very nice and knowledgeable but too chatty. I came to relax and enjoy the quietness but he talked through the full duration of my massage.

Overall the service was fine. The room could’ve been a little darker during the massage. Normally the therapist meets me afterwards with a water and this time they did not.

The therapists are always really nice and never any issues there. It seems as though the service is not always consistent. Maybe as if they’re tired or something by the end of day and not attentive to certain areas as I’ve asked. Last night I went everything was cold in the room. The room was cold. The table was cold. I had one sheet. I felt cool air was blowing from somewhere. The oil the therapist used was so cold omg. I found myself thinking more about the massage being over, putting my clothes on to get to my car to turn the heat on.

My therapist, Pierre, was required to clean another room while I was undressing. I was left on my own for 11 minutes into my appoitment time. Pierre was nice enough to add a couple of minutes at the end but it felt rushed. I don’t feel like that’s the most efficient use of my limited time slot or the fee. I would recommend another staff member reset rooms so the therapists can concentrate on the client instead.
