wouldn't renew my membership. not satisfied with the value for my money since you can only use the money for your membership on facials or massages and not on products or other services.

My massage therapist seemed new and inexperienced but I did like her and plan to see her again.

I had a lovely appointment! My only complaint was the upselling during my facial. I don’t put that on the esthetician because I know they are told to do that, but I felt a moment of being put on the spot to spend more money when I just wanted to completely relax. I would like to go into the appointment without any pressure. It would maybe be better to save that for the end and give me the option to upgrade my next appointment. But beyond that, it was a wonderful experience!

My massage was perfect! And will be coming back regularly. The smell in the front entrance was very relaxing. The music can be a bit better and more more relaxing. There were some songs that sounded a bit harsh

I’ve heard about either places that I think offers more for my money around the same price and similar membership

The message was excellent. I scheduled a facial, but it had to be rescheduled due to the esthetician not arriving on time. The receptionist was great about it.

Nothing particularly was wrong with my experience. I was satisfied across the board with all aspects! Highly satisfied would require some above and beyond work which just didn’t happen. :)

Wish he had spent a little more time on the area(s) specified (head, neck) with more pressure. The carpet in the massage room was damp and wet. Overall happy with my experience and excited for my membership and to return next week!

I have enjoyed my experience at Hand & Stone overall, but for the second time in a row I have had massage therapists finish my massage early. The most recent instance, I booked a 1hr facial and 1hr massage (back to back) and they both ended up being 40min, despite the fact that the reason the facial was running behind in schedule was not my fault (I came in early). I feel like if I paid for 1hr, I should get at least 55 minutes (taking undressing/prep time into consideration)...
