Issues with gift card

Was not given clear communication on a Couples Massage Date, and it happened to be my 28th. Wedding Anniversary. My husband and I were massaged in different rooms.

The staff were all very friendly, but I received several phones call after booking appointments for myself and my husband and on the day of things were still not sorted out properly. Everyone was friendly and ultimately resolved the issues, but I don't want to have to work that hard for a facial. The aesthetician was very sweet, but not very good. She needs more training!!

The receptionist didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in. I had to go to the counter after five minutes to ask about checking in. They used to come to me instead. She didn’t have the right form and then blamed me for filling out th Ro correct info. Five minutes into my appointment time she called me to see if I was still coming. I’d already spoken to her. As a result I got into my appointment late even though I arrived 15 minutes early and got rushed during the massage so the masseuse could go to the next person. I find that inexcusable for the price I’m paying for services.

My massage therapist Marquez’s mask was falling off when I first got into the room. I was pretty anxious throughout my massage wondering if his mask was even on. At the end of the massage his mask was completely off his nose and barely covering his mouth. I felt extremely uncomfortable

Therapist, Lea, was wonderful. No issues there. Website booking is a pain. Via phone is seamless.
