My regular massage consultant has not returned and my regular facial consultant has not returned.

I was satisfied it was more the number of times I was contacted to confirm my appt. I responded twice but when I received another text the morning of my massage, it was too much. I felt that if I responded online as well as a text response, that should have been enough. 3 times for one spot is overkill and annoying.

My therapist seemed to be in a rush towards the end of the massage. She had a great technique and good pressure, just slow down a bit

There was difference in when I came to check out Covid precautions and my actual appointment time. Add on service was forgotten.

I purposely made my appointment with Pierre and I had re-schedule and I'm pretty sure that I confirmed that it was still with him but when I arrived my appointment was with a different therapist. I wasn't pleased about this but then nothing could be done. The Room was cold, and the therapist did turn the heat on the table but my feet and hand remained cold throughout. She did identify my issues with my shoulder however I didn't realize that meant that that's all they would be taken care of.Only my shoulders, arm and entire back were massaged. No hands, legs, calves, feet were touched. My previous therapist took care of my shoulder issue but my whole body was also massaged. The therapist was very good at what did massage and gave me some good advice on my way out but I want to go back to my previous therapist.

Bri was my therapist and she gave me the best massage I have ever received. Great experience.

It seemed as though my massage went by fast. The therapist paused the session a few minutes after it started which confused me a little. Overall; I would come back and would also recommend to others.

Massage was excellent but therapist was talkative nice guy but made it hard to relax fully

Confusion at the front desk about scheduled appointment and lack of communication from check-in staff about what the issue was but rather running around whispering.

Just didn't vibe well with the masseuse
