Hand and Stone

It took a long time for my therapist to come and get me. I arrived early/on time but waited about 10 minutes. The actual massage lasted 40-45 minutes.

Started appt. late when I booked for 11:45 and they had 12. I had somewhere to be afterward.

Overall it was a great experience. Bri was great. You should still do a basic massage (squeezing) even with the hot stone. Other than that, it was awesome. The perfect way to end my birthday. Thank you

Overall it was a wonderful experience that I would definitely try again.

For the past two visits, neither of my preferred therapists have been available. I also didn’t receive a phone call telling me that I had an available package.

Massage wasn't like the others received in the past.

The therapist was super nice and professional but not a good massage therapist . He seemed to know the techniques but he was awkward in preforming them. At one point he pulled my arm to stretch it but left it in an awkward position .( pulled across my body🙃)

It was simply the receptionist seemed disconnected, and disengaged, very unsure of herself. Not sure if she was new or not, or still learning her job duties, but she needs more confidence and to be capable of fulfilling her duties.

The therapist was great. However, the run-down of the appointment always follows a script.
