I wish that some of the lotion/oils used during massage were aromatherapy and not just for an extra fee. Sometimes it’s just nice to have a bit of a calming or relaxing scent piped into the room.

I was highly satisfied with my massage... However my Brazilian wax was very dissatisfied. I have never experienced a painful brazilian as bad as this. After the service was done, the estetician informed me that I was her first Brazilian wax customer....I still have pain in areas that she repeatedly went over with the hard wax😣

I had gone before and my masseuse Ebony was amazing. This time I had Abby. She asked about the pressure. I said more would be better but it was still the weakest massage ever. I asked for a pillow and she said she didn’t know where they were because she’s new. She used the head rest for me to lie on and it was uncomfortable. I will go back but will be requesting not Abby. Her cold stone facial was good though.

Felt she should have offered recommendations after looking at my skin instead of asking me what I wanted

First time in more than a year. However, I was satisfied enough to plan a return trip. Rarely do I rate highly satisfactory on first visit.

Receptionist was not aware I was already a member. As a result she was late in finding my appointment time and thus notifying the therapist.

As a first visit, I am satisfied with my session. I think with more interaction, we can figure out a way to reduce my carpal tunnel pain. Just need more time to do so. Not on the therapist at all.

The massage was WONDERFUL, no complaints at all. For my facial and waxing, I was unable to complete my waxing because the esthetician had trouble with the wax and the paper kept ripping. She frequently whispered, her frustration with the waxing so I cancelled the leg and bikini waxing to avoid ruining the remaining experience. I was initially very happy with the facial waxing. However, when I got into my car I noticed a small burn on my chin. As my face continued to heal post waxing, the burn was noticeably larger and covered a MUCH larger portion of the chin. I have to wear foundation to cover the burned area. I am extremely dissatisfied with the waxing experience. After the waxing, the esthetician performed the facial. I now feel the vast amount of product that was used on my face was use to briefly conceal the burns. I will never return for waxing or a facial.

The massage felt a little sloppy at times. The Pressure on my feet was a little harder than we had previously discussed. The therapist was very nice but seemed unsure or seemed like a novice.

Depends on location though. In general, my experience has been relatively positive. However, the therapists skill and service are largely different. Once in a while, I d walk in a room with an odor. Not all therapists are on time and respect the 50 mins service.
