Great experience! Our host went above and beyond and the kids has a blast!

There was a mix up with the initial reservation and it wasn't put in correctly. The timing of getting pizza also could have been faster. Otherwise it was good.

It was a little more expensive than i thought it was going to be. The some people of the staff weren’t as trained as well in check as others. Party host was very helpful!

We are not conveyed the correct party time. Charged more than the no. Of guest attended. 60 min jump coupons included with the birthday package were provided only after we asked for it.

Our bday party planner, Victoria, was absolutely fantastic. She had the correct sense of urgency & managed the kids just great.

For parties it would be helpful if the jump time was longer. 1 hour of time in the birthday room is too long for just presents and cake. The kids were all begging for me to buy them more jump time. We ended the party 30 minutes earlier than we had to for this reason

The price of the birthday party was too high compared to parties at other locations.

Booking the party was difficult. Online wasn't working and when I would try to call in and book I had to leave a message. Multiple days went by for a return call. Getting ahold of an actual person was impossible.
