Our party coordinator Shakina was amazing. She made the party easy and the kids lived her. Everyone at the party had fun

This was the best birthday party ever. It was worth every penny spent. I actually got bored at one point because literally everything was taken care of. There was nothing for me to do but jump. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. My kids had a blast with our party host Gabe. He was awesome!!!

Great communication from reservation to completion. Host, Gabriel, was wonderful to work with. All the girls had a blast at the "glow show" birthday party, enjoyed pizza and refreshments in the party room.

Host was attentive. If he did not know an answer, was quick to find out. Staff were readily available throughout.

Team member was helpful in party room. Kids had access to multiple areas. Time allowed to jump and time in party room were ample.

Our party host, Jacob was very friendly and helpful. All the staff monitoring the areas were nice and very attentive. The facility was nice and clean.
