Kan, the manager, did a great job making sure we had everything we needed for the party. He brought balloons for the kids which we all appreciated. The food was on time and the set up was great. We didn’t feel rushed to eat or leave.

Our party host was outstanding. Everything was organized. The ease of the party was outstanding.

It was a very easy birthday party to plan and enjoy. The staff was friendly and the kids had a great time.

The facility was clean, all the new activities were fresh, exciting and fun. Sierra our party coordinator was awesome with our boys-rules, attentiveness, enthusiasm and even a small pizza issue due to an attendees food restrictions was handled and fixed immediately. Loved Sierra!!!

My son's birthday ballons deattached from rolling cart and went into the ceing of skyzone.A worker ran over to tell me you guys did not have a ladder to get them down. She was so quick to tell me the negative about the situation instead of trying to help or see if someone could get them down. Eventually a Skyzone member got them down.

Having to wait to get party room access was very inconvenient. Party hosts were friendly but did not communicate well on how to do things. Birthday boy was one of the last people to get pizza and cake, they did not go over with party guests once in the room that they could no longer jump. I felt it was very unorganized. I think once all kids were in the party room for pizza, they should have gone over that we were done jumping, were going to eat pizza then have cake and presents. Being able to have access to the party room in the very beginning and start there would have been much easier than starting out up front like we did. It would have been much easier to cover things as a group in the party room then disperse to go play. The kids had fun and enjoyed it, but as the party parent, it could have been more organized and gone smoother.

I wish I had a better understanding of the party itinerary prior to coming. Since I scheduled a pizza party I would have adjusted the tone of party to allow the kids to jump first. My party was a little discombobulated and we waited 20min for the pizza

The person who took my cakes stacked the cakes after I told him not to and messed up the cake. Then there was so much confusion and not enough clarity about the check in process and how everything worked. The girl who worked my party couldn't have worked there long because while she did her best I could tell she was overwhelmed. She was great. There was a bully kid messing with my kids and she did a great job of handling the situation.

The pizza and popcorn was not the best. Massage chairs were not working.

I was very satisfied with having a party there! The hosts were very attentive and pleasant to work with. It was our first time having a party there!
