We were all super disappointed that one of the main attractions was "broken". The wipe out was not working. During this huge party season I would think they would get it fixed ASAP but they did not.

The tables were always dirty with past customers stuff. The price for what you get does not meet my expectations. You should have access to the party room during your entire stay. Not just the last hour.

There were a few areas closed during our visit, including one of the main jump areas and the wipe out area. The kids were looking forward to doing the wipe out activity but it was not working, according to staff.

Paid for an extra hour Schedule time 730..We weren’t in the room till 10 after. The party room was dirty and staff was still cleaning it up when me and my guest were present.

The party host was not super friendly. I had called multiple times before the party to ask if the wipe out would be open. When I asked to open it I was told no. I did ask for a manager to which she told me that was also a no. Finally it opened up but the height for the kids changed from what was posted. I was also told any kids above the age range could jump as an adult. The party host did not allow that and charged me. Plus when buying a pass she stated the only way to get the free month was to buy a fall pass. She seemed uninformed and overall like she was not enjoying her job. I paid over $300 for a party. I assumed all areas would be open and the host would be friendly since this is a kid party.

I think for the price I paid $450.00 for a birthday part we should be able to attend the birthday room for the entire time and not just for 1 hour. My party guests were just standing around waiting.

Staff was nice but we’re not overly helpful particularly during check in- not much explanation of the process

Mainly the food very small portions of pizza not a variety and not good at all. Also lack of staff our helper had to step away to cook extra pizzas.

The wait time is just too long since its a busy Saturday afternoon. The staff told the Birthday child he could skip any lines, which was untrue in reality and really upset the child.

The two party hosts weren't as proactive as they could have been at distributing food and picking up wrapping paper trash. They didn't sanitize the kids' hands before eating. The soda pop tasted flat.
