Party host did not explain anything about the jump park to kids. No water was provided unless asked for. Food provided for 21 jumpers was inadequate despite high price. Family members had to serve all food and get drinks to members of party. Not enough plates and hats set out for kids in party despite having all names listed in sheet at check in. Very hot and uncomfortable in party room

Website said one thing, representative said something else. Party size shrank and over the phone reduced party package. Reduction did not show on the paperwork and I was worried I had been over charged. The pizzas were disgusting. I've never seen kids turn down pizza before. My daughter is gluten free, I've never seen so many kids want her pizza over the regular pizza. Due to the small number in our party they didn't want to stay in the party zone, but were not allowed to go back out to jump. There weren't many other people jumping. Was told we could bring an ice-cream cake (it's gluten free), but was not told it would be in the same freezer as the pizzas and that the door gets opened repeatedly. The cake was very soft and almost melted. If I had known your freezer wasn't that good I would have brought a cooler with dry ice.

Not to be negative, but the party host seemed to be overwhelmed once the jump portion was over and it was time for the activities in the party room. Not to be selfish, but as a single father I picked this place because I wanted to be able to throw a great birthday party for my son with a ton of kids but have someone else to most of the leg work if you will. (I have been to several parties here before) And while the host was amazing in the room it seemed like it may have been too much to handle. I am sure this is a horrible way of explaining this, but maybe for parties of a certain number and higher, two people to help out if needed.

The Pizza was not the best and the kids were left hungry. I feel the amount we paid, the food should be better. In the end I wound up spending more money on food after the party. I wish we could order in pizza to the party rooms.

Employees were not ready for us to be there which caused a lot of confusion, when someone did start to help us she apparently ran to the bathroom to throw up. So we were late getting started jumping. Finding our party person when we needing something was impossible. My nephew 5 yr old fell on one of the trampolines and no one bothered to help him and he is now in a cast. Another one of are party attendants got rapped up in the ribbon things was upside down with 3 workers standing by and let her stay like that for awhile before they tried to help. We were late getting to go in the party room told us one of our pizzas burnt so they had to make us a new one never brought drinks till I asked for them then told us we needed to wrap up because someone else needed the room at 9 we’ll then we should have been able to get in and going right at 8, we received the 3 pizzas that came with the party but I also ordered an extra this pizza was HORRIBLE crust was slightly burnt no sauce fake cheese I’m sure these are just frozen pizzas but there are plenty of frozen pizzas out there that are not this AWFUL!!!

It was expensive! Our party organizer had to keep leaving to get things- knife, forks, water pitcher, etc. the party room floor was so sticky!

It was pretty crowded. We had young kids and the rules were not enforced on the trampoline squares so they couldn't really jump with out older kids jumping into them. Check in was a little crazy and the pizza was only so so. Over all I loved our party host. She was very attentive. My son and his friends had a blast and it was nice to have a party there.

please create a smoother check in process. Our host was so nice but it can get super overwhelming with a party of 20 and guest come in at random times. The guest are also confused where to check in since they must go to a check in location with the host.

I purchased 4 tickets for the virtual reality and only 2 sets worked at a time, so that meant they couldn't all play together. In the party room, it would have been nice for the worker to help clean up and to help hand out rather than visit with another worker the whole time.

We were disappointed that the Wipe Out game wasn't working. The party host was nice but didn't show a lot of initiative. She did what I asked but not super quick and didn't interact with the kids much.
