Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Fun!

My host John was awesome and attentive he was like one of the family making sure we where good and had everything we need... John was Great! And the other guy that checked us in he was great as well.

Both Hannahs (at check in , and our party host) were very friendly, thorough, and attentive. My daughter had so much fun (so did her friends) and it was a well organized set up. Hannah (our party host) went above and beyond by cutting up the birthday cake to fit into a Pizza box to take it to go (after my husband threw it away because he wasn’t thinking) and she helped everything run smoothly. Thank you to both Hannahs!!

The manager, Charlie and the lady Ari were extremely helpful and readily available to answer questions and help us with everything. The kitchen in-charge, Rachel was extremely nice too. Our host was a young girl who disappeared a lot but our party was almost 70 people so it can be overwhelming. Thanks for such a great party for my son's 5th birthday. We are so happy we had the party at Sky Zone. Definitely coming back for more fun and parties!!!!

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Equipment was in great condition. Party room set up and clean up was easy and convenient.

Staff was extremely helpful and willing to help with any problems we had. They always answered questions with a smile and responded quickly to requests. For such a crowded day at the facility I never felt like the kids had to wait long to do anything.

Charlie was extremely helpful. Without our we wouldn’t have been able to book a glow party. He assisted even in his off time with questions.

It was way to Hot!!!!!!!!!! Older kids keep coming in the toddler area. They would tell them to leave but the same kids keep coming back. They should of got threw out. We are talking about 15 year old kid they looked like jumping next to my 22 month old baby.

The check in was not smooth I emailed a list of guest two days prior to the event even called the day before but none of my guest were listed. No option to change party size was given or recommend.
